HOSACK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

David arrives at North Allegheny following a 20-year stint as a Pennsylvania State Trooper from 2002 to 2022. His last assignment was with the Risk and Vulnerability Team (RVAT), providing a wealth of training and experience. David has held multiple assignments as a state trooper, including the Organized Crime Unit, Vice Unit, Troop D Butler Headquarters, and patrol. David has received specialized training through the Federal (FLETC) Physical Security Training Program, Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) High-Risk Warrant Class, and certification as a PA State Police Firearms Instructor, just to name a few.
