What are you most looking forward to in your new role at North Allegheny?

I am most looking forward to getting to know the staff and students, and becoming part of a team that molds young hearts and minds in a positive light.

Beyond safety, how do you envision your role in supporting the overall well-being of students?

I feel my role is more than just being a police officer. Students get excited to share daily events in their lives that are exciting to them such as birthdays, losing teeth, or becoming a big brother or sister, to name a few. Sharing in their excitement creates trust and shows them a positive view of law enforcement.

What is your favorite thing about Pittsburgh?

Pittsburgh is such a unique and beautiful city. My favorite thing about Pittsburgh are the inclines that operate on Mt. Washington.

What are some of your interests or hobbies outside of law enforcement?

My favorite thing to do is travel with my family and dogs to new destinations we have never been before. I also enjoy buying and selling vintage and antique items with my husband.
