A Student, Staff and Community Committee that Recognizes, Honors, and Celebrates Differences
Established in the summer of 2020, NA Empower is a committee of students, staff, and community members who represent each of our twelve NASD buildings. NA Empower is dedicated to recognizing, honoring, and celebrating the differences that make each of us unique and special.
Since its inception, NA Empower has emphasized mandatory training programs and addressed issues related to bullying, harassment, and hazing.
Rooted in empowering our students to share their voices, the NA Empower initiative directly aligns with the district’s Strategic/Comprehensive Plan and Balanced Scorecard:
Goal 3: Empowering Students: Promote a school environment where students feel connected and their voices are encouraged, heard, and valued.
