• MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

  • The Facilities Maintenance Department is comprised of 13 maintenance employees and 5 utility maintenance employees.

    We receive approximately 8,000 work orders per year. All work orders are prioritized by safety, emergency, demand, routine, preventative and project work. We attempt to maintain a work order backlog of less than 300.

    THE DEPARTMENT UTILIZES CONTRACTORS FOR:

    • Boiler and burner preventative maintenance and repairs.
    • Chiller and other cooling equipment preventative maintenance and repairs.
    • Elevator and dumb waiter preventative maintenance and repairs.
    • Energy management systems preventative maintenance and repairs.
    • Fire alarm preventative maintenance and repairs.
    • Snow plowing and salting.
    • Sprinkler systems preventative maintenance and repairs.
    • Projects in excess of $10,000.
