• HISTORY, HERITAGE, & AWARENESS MONTHS

The mission of NA Empower is to empower our students and staff to create a more inclusive community that recognizes, honors and celebrates our differences. A goal of the NA Empower committee is to build awareness and appreciation for multiple cultures.

During heritage and awareness months throughout the year, we will shine a spotlight on activities throughout the District. In addition, NA Empower will work in collaboration with alumni, student organizations, and the community to highlight our alumni during select heritage and awareness months. While NA Empower is highlighting select history, heritage, and awareness months, our list does not encompass all history, heritage, and awareness months acknowledged by the District.
