Greetings BWE Community!

My name is Jaime Eimiller and I have been the proud principal of BWE for the past 9 years! This school, the people who work here, and the students who attend here are incredibly special to me. We are so fortunate to come to work every day with the kindest, hard working, and most respectful students.

I started my path to educational leadership at the University of Pittsburgh where I received my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Education. I went on to earn my Masters Degree through Pitt as well. During that time, I worked as an intern at the Quaker Valley School District teaching 5th grade.

When I graduated with my Masters in 2008, I was hired by the Beaver Area School District to teach 4th grade. I spent six years at Beaver; four years teaching 4th grade math and two years teaching 6th grade math. Fun fact: My son and daughter now go to this school and my son is in 6th grade and my daughter is in 4th grade!

While teaching, I went back to school through Gannon University to receive my Principal’s certification and Curriculum Supervision certification. I was hired by the North Clarion County School District as the Elementary Principal in 2014. I spent two years in Clarion before wanting desperately to come back home to the Pittsburgh area so my children could be close to their grandparents and other family. In 2016, I was hired by North Allegheny and started my tenure here at BWE!

In 2019 I decided to pursue my Doctorate through Point Park University and defended my dissertation in March of 2021.

My husband James, my son Colin, my daughter Carsyn and I live in Beaver, PA where I was born and raised. We are an extremely busy sports family! My son plays travel baseball, basketball, and soccer and my daughter is a competitive gymnast. Just like many of you, our nights are a mad dash home from work and out the door to some sort of practice or game! When we do have free time, we enjoy camping, kayaking, hiking, going to concerts, and traveling as a family. In fact, we are very excited to be going to Costa Rica this upcoming February!

I know many of you, but if I don’t—I look forward to getting to know you better as your child progresses through our school. I self admittedly am horrible with names, but never forget a face. When at the school, please be sure to stop me, say hello, and introduce yourself!

BWE is my home away from home. Thank you for sharing the most precious thing in your lives with me—your children!
