    Biography: Married, one son age 15, loves to bake, run, bike and hike
    Have completed 15+ marathons, including a few Bostons, 1/2 Ironman triathlon, and a handful of sprint triathlons, mud runs, trail races, and a foam fest :) Basically- love of movement! 
    University of Pittsburgh undergrad and Youngstown State graduate work.  Water Safety Instructor, Wall Climbing Trained through RedPoint Adventures, First Aid and CPR Certified, WITS Certified Personal Trainer.
