2025 Take Your Child to Work Day Absence Form
Electronic Forms (access through PowerSchool)
North Allegheny School District is accepting the following forms electronically through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
- Absence Excuse
- Extended Absence Form (10 or more days)
- Change of Address Form
- Withdrawal Form
Log into PowerSchool from the TigerID dashboard:
Navigate to FORMS on the left panel then select the appropriate form to fill out.
Note: Student selection is made at the top of the screen—a form needs to be submitted for each student if the change applies to the whole family.
To view prior submissions, click on the form header:
Select the appropriate response:
If you have trouble accessing the forms on the Parent Portal, please submit a technology service ticket to servicedesk@northallegheny.org or reach out to your student's building.
