    Name:  Mrs. Natasha Dickson
    Grade(s):  Kindergarten
    Room Number- 155
My name is Mrs. Dickson and I am thrilled to be entering my sixth year at Bradford Woods Elementary in Kindergarten!  I have loved getting to know the students and community members in Bradford Woods, and look forward to meeting new friends this year!
    A little bit about me...
I grew up in Franklin Park and graduated from North Allegheny.  I have a BS in Education and BS in Special Education from Slippery Rock University, as well as a Masters in Early Intervention with an Autism Specialization from the University of Pittsburgh.
Prior to coming to Bradford Woods Elementary, I taught at Marshall Elementary for nine years in two different special education classrooms (Life Skills and Autistic Support).  Understanding how to meet the needs of children with diverse learning needs became my passion.  I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2012.  I have also had the privilege to share some of my knowledge while teaching at the University of Pittsburgh in the graduate Early Intervention program.
I believe that all children want to learn, feel successful and be happy at school.  My goal is to create an environment where all children feel safe and cared for, as well as one where I can provide meaningful learning experiences to help them in reaching their potential!
