Due to the Governor's Emergency Declaration because of COVID19, the District will be conducting hybrid School Board Meetings with public attendance being virtual during this time. Community members who wish to participate in the October 5, 2020 Special Meeting, may visit this page on October 5, 2020, and click the link below to join the meeting.
Prior to the meeting starting, you may see a message indicating that the live event has not started. We anticipate that the stream will go live at 6:45 PM. The Special Meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.
A phone number will be provided just before the Speakers on Voting Items portion of the meeting to enable community members to call in and make public comment. The Board President will make an announcement when the time is appropriate for community members to call in.
The Board is always interested in the thoughts and concerns of the public, and the opportunity to publicly speak on voting items is scheduled prior to the vote. In an effort to afford the broadest representation of comments from as many community members as possible, all speakers on the voting item are permitted up to two minutes to speak. The Board thanks all members of the community for their interest and willingness to offer comments and insights on the important decisions that impact our children, staff, and the community.
Speakers are requested to reserve time in advance, and will be called in the order requests are received.
To register to speak, please email the Board Secretary, Kelly Caldwell at firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be necessary to give a topic and to be a resident of the District. When called upon to speak, individuals will be asked to provide their name and home address.
