Transition Resources

Transition planning is a multistep process of preparing students for life after they leave high school, including participation in post-secondary education or training, employment, and community living. Planning begins at age 14, or younger if deemed appropriate by the IEP team, and continues through high school. The planning process is a collaborative effort between the student, family/caregiver, school team, and agency partners.    

North Allegheny School District is committed to preparing all students for success in a changing world.
