About North Allegheny Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences

Open and continuous communication between parents and teachers has proven to be vital to the success of students in the classroom. It is important for both parents/guardians and school personnel to continue to communicate regularly with regard to student success in school. While report cards offer one means of communication, the ability to meet face-to-face and collaborate on a child’s progress is invaluable. On scheduled parent/teacher conference days, we invite parents/guardians to take part in our annual fall conferences in order to benefit from a conversation about their child’s progress.

Throughout the year, you should always feel comfortable contacting your child’s teacher to discuss academic progress or any other concerning issues. While you are encouraged to attend the fall conferences, these two days are by no means the only days that are available to you for discussion. You can schedule a conference with school staff at any time throughout the course of the school year.

Registration for North Allegheny Elementary School parent-teacher conferences for students in grades 1–5 on Monday, November 3, or Tuesday, November 4 is available here.
