• NAI Announcements for Wednesday, December 11

    • Happy Holidays NAI, as the holiday season rolls in and we think about family, student council wants to inform you all about Santa’s Stocking. As a whole school, we want to work together to bring holiday spirit to kids in our community. Some parents are unable to provide presents for their children for personal reasons and that is where all of us step in. with your help, we can make many children’s Christmas mornings by providing them with toys, gifts and other things they may need for them to cherish. Your homeroom teachers have a stocking and the name of the child you will be bringing the holiday spirit to. Santa’s stocking is currently going on and will run until December 12. Come on NAI let’s put the merry in Merry Christmas and help out our community!!

    • The NA GSA is meeting today after school in Room 252 at NASH. The GSA is a non-judgmental, safe, nurturing, and affirming place for students of all genders and sexual orientations. For more information, contact us at gsa@northallegheny.org.

    • The PACE Club is meeting today after school in Mr. West's room at NASH.

    • The NAI Book Club will meet next Tuesday, December 17 from 2:30-3:30 in the Lounge.  We will discuss our latest book and have our book exchange.  See you in the Lounge!

    • There will be a Key Club meeting after school today in room 901.  All members should plan to attend.

    • Attention all NAI girls! This is the last week to register for the Water Polo Open House event. Simply scan the QR code on the poster and Sign Up today. Hope to see you in the pool this Sunday evening!

    • The WePlayMusic4You Club meeting has been canceled for today, December 10th.  The meeting will be rescheduled for after winter break.

    • DECA DIstrict Conference Reminders: There will be a mandatory meeting in the NASH Library after school on Thursday, December 12 for all DECA district competitors. Districts competitors are reminded that they must attend at least two study sessions before the end of the week.  The remaining sessions will be held after school today, and Thursday in Room 249 at NASH after the mandatory meeting. Reminder:  2 practice exams must be taken on Blackboard, and the scores must meet or exceed the minimum requirement and the tests may be taken multiple times. The more you practice, the better prepared you will be!  If you have any questions, email Mrs. Sullivan

    • Auditions for the Spring Play, Clue, will be held on Monday, December 9th starting at 2:30.  Please pick up a packet in the counseling office and see Mrs. Feliciani or Mr. Kiggins with any questions.

    • Are you a passionate musician or singer looking to give back to the community?  Join the WePlayMusic4You club so you can share your musical talents with the elderly community at senior care facilities.  This is the perfect opportunity for musicians of all levels to bring joy and give back to the community while also developing musicianship, leadership, and volunteerism.  Stop by the WePlayMusic4You meeting this Tuesday, December 10th after school in room 914 and sign up using the QR codes on flyers around the school.

    • Congrats JV2 on your 5-0 win Friday night against Chartiers Valley. Rylan Murphy with the shut out! Goals by Alex DiRenzo assisted by Evan Mark from Niko Vento, Sam Arena assisted by Lukas Bobak-Rouce, Max Mance assisted by Brett Baker, Hunter Corna assisted by Kyle Tomino from Evan Barnhart and Max Mance assisted by Ben Huet.  Help the hockey teams feed the hungry. They are collecting non-perishable items at the Varsity game starting at 6:30 pm and JV1 game at 8:00 pm.
