-When recording a video, if you think you might need more than the 5 minute limit, record your video using your normal camera app, and instead of selecting video on the add material screen, use upload and select your video from the camera roll. It will allow videos up to 9 minutes and 59 seconds.

    FAQ

Q: I turned in my assignment on SeeSaw but you said that I didn't submit it. What happened?

A: You used the "+ Add" green circle from the journal page instead of the  "+ Add response"button from the activity page. You will need to re-submit or re-do the assignment from the activity page. To save your post so that it can be uploaded, find the post you turned in incorrectly in your journal feed and click the 3 dots. Select "Share or Save" and choose "Save to Camera Roll" Then go into the activity that it should be in and when you add a response, upload the saved item from your camera roll.

Q: I edited the file on Classroom and hit save. Now the file is gone. What do I do?

A: When you work on a file on Classroom using the pen button and hit save, the file you worked on will close and your new file will show under "Your Work" as "Name of the assignment you did - Edited" This is the new file that will be turned in. You can click it and hit the pen again to resume working on the same file.

Q: I don’t see a pen button and I can’t add the picture attachment to the post on Classroom. What is wrong?

A: Your child hit the big blue Turn-in/Submit button. Click unsubmit and you will have access to add files and edit with the pen again.  The big blue button should only be pressed once every assignment for the entire week is finished.
