Remote Learning Links by Grade Level: email@example.com
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING LESSON:
Hi, Franklin kids and families!
First and foremost, thank you for everything that you all are doing at home. I know navigating assignments and messages from numerous teachers is a challenge. Please know that we are here for you for any questions that you may have!
In order to access the Remote Learning Music Lessons, you must complete the following steps (If you have already done these for a music lesson, you should be set for the remainder of the school year- it doesn't hurt to check though!):
1.) Please be sure that all apps and software are updated on your devices.
2.) Make sure that you are logged into Tiger ID for each lesson in Safari/Google (see below for steps)
- Open up Safari
- Type in google.com
- Tap "Sign in" in the top right hand corner
- Tap your Tiger ID and type in username and password
3.) If your device is set to block YouTube, log in to YouTube using your Tiger ID (following the same instructions as above, except type in YouTube.com) as the music lessons are posted to a private and secure YouTube Channel that is approved by NA.
4.) You do NOT have to press “present” on the slideshow. You just manually click through the presentation and advance slides as you are ready. If you do press play (in the bottom left hand corner bar- visible when you tap the screen), you can pause it at any time to stop the presentation from advancing prematurely. This will ensure that you are able to watch the entire video.
If issues persist after taking these steps, there might be a problem with the iPad device. See below for solutions:
If none of this works, please contact the Technology Service Desk. The Technology Service Desk is staffed daily from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and can be contacted via email, the Service Desk portal and telephone. In the case of a remote-learning situation, the Service Desk will continue to be staffed remotely.

I hope that this helps and please know that we are flexible and patient as we are all navigating this new normal day by day. 🙂 Hope you and your families are all doing well and staying healthy!
