    Recommendation #1: Create an equitable technology environment for all students and teachers.
    • Added nine (9) elementary iPad carts with 30 iPad Air 2 on each cart
      • Two (2) Carts each where placed in McKnight Elementary and Marshall Elementary Schools
      • One (1) Cart each was placed in Bradford Woods, Franklin, Ingomar, Hosack and Peebles Elementary Schools
      • Each cart has a wide array of educational apps (nearly 70 apps)
    • Ten (10) carts of 30 Windows laptops were re-purposed from NAI to Middle Schools and Elementary Schools (1 per building)
    • Interactive Projector Installations
      • Middle Schools – Grades 7 and 8
      • Elementary Schools – Grade 3 and Special Education
      • More than 120 mounted interactive projectors installed
     
    Recommendation #2: Adopt a 1:1 environment in Grades 1-12, supplemented with specialty computer labs and shared mobile devices as necessary.
    • 1,359 HP Probook 640 laptops distributed to High School students at NAI  (grades 9 and 10)
    • 718 iPad Air 2s distributed to Middle  School students at CMS, IMS, and MMS (grade 6)
    • 140 iPad Air 2s distributed to Middle School teachers

    Recommendation #3:
    Expand staffing appropriately to support success.
    • One (1) Help Desk Technician for NAI
    • Two (2) Technology Integrators
      • One (1) permanent contract position
      • One (1) Long Term Sub position
