The Nutrition Habit Challenge is a fun and easy way for friends and family to come together and create a healthier lifestyle.


    How do I join? It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3!

    1.      Choose a nutritional behavior you would like to change. It must be significant enough to positively impact your health, but manageable enough for you to be successful for 29 days.

    2.      Log on to www.psahperd.org/Challenge-Registration and complete your registration form by Sunday, January 31st at midnight.

    3.      Print out your Scorecard, practice your new nutritional commitment each day, and record your success on the Scorecard.


    Those who are successful 25 out of 29 days will have their Scorecards entered in a random drawing and be eligible to win a four person trip to Disney World and other prizes!
