I am thrilled to be teaching Kindergarten at Bradford Woods Elementary School!
We are going to have a year filled with laughter, learning, and fun!
    A little about me...
I received my B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University in the state of Indiana and my Elementary Teaching Certification from the University of Pittsburgh.  I decided that you are never too old to do something new (especially something you think you will love!), so I changed careers and am so glad that I did.  I previously taught Kindergarten at Ingomar Elementary for four years, and prior to that I taught K, 1 and 2 at Marshall Elementary as a long term sub.  I am excited to be here at Bradford Woods for my third year!  Getting to know the children and teaching them is an adventure that I truly look forward to every day!

My husband and I have twins, John and Jana, who attended North Allegheny (Marshall Elementary) and are now juniors in college!  Jana is majoring in biology/genetics and plays ice hockey at a small school in southern Illinois named McKendree University.  John is majoring in political science/urban education at Loyola University in Baltimore.  I love to read, cook, visit with friends, and solve puzzles (the paper and pencil kind).  Our family also loves to visit Walt Disney World and look for all of the hidden Mickeys!
