Peebles Elementary Fall After-School Program
I am pleased to announce that the Peebles Elementary Spring after-school programs will begin the week of September 27, 2004. Attached is a description of all classes being offered and everything you need to complete the registration form. WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2004.
THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THAT DUE TO THE
AMOUNT OF PAPER WORK INVOLVED IN THIS
PROGRAM, THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE
DEADLINE.
The following will assist you in the registration process:
Ø All classes are open to boys and girls (Please note that there are grade restrictions for some programs).
Ø IMPORTANT - Chaperones are needed for each day that classes are held. If your child is signed up for a class, please consider volunteering to chaperone that day. Classes cannot be held without a parent chaperone assigned to each class.
Ø Please submit a separate form for each child AND each class. One check may be issued for all monies owed. Please make checks payable to Peebles PTA.
Ø If your child is registered in a class, you will receive a notice confirming class dates, times, etc.
Ø If your child registers for a class that is filled, and no alternate is indicated, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will receive notification. If an alternate is indicated, your child will be placed in that class providing it is still available. I will contact you if there is a difference in the price of the class. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OR WAITING LIST NOTIFICATION, PLEASE CONTACT SUSAN DOUGHERTY AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
Ø If your child is placed on a waiting list and space does not open, your check will be returned to you via the Thursday envelope.
Ø If the minimum number of children for a class is not reached, the class will be canceled and your check will be returned to you via the Thursday envelope.
Ø Classes will be filled in the order the COMPLETED registration form and payment are received. Completed registration forms will be picked up from the office at the end of school each day.
Ø PLEASE GET YOUR FORMS IN EARLY.
Ø Registration forms should be returned to the office in a sealed envelope marked “PTA AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM” (Very Important!)
Ø If school is canceled for any reason, after school classes will not take place that day.
Ø IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the after school program begins, it is important that you pick up your child on time.
