is the Caring Team’s McKnight Pride Tattoo Day – Students can
purchase a water removable tiger print tattoo at lunch time for 50 cents!
The PFA's indoor recess books and games
drive was a huge success! Because of the generosity of many families, the
teachers were able to choose from over 450 books, 100 card and board games,
30 jigsaw puzzles and various other items. A super big THANK YOU to all of
the families that donated items for the drive. You help “make things happen
for our kids”!
The McKnight PFA publishing center covers and binds many of
the special keepsakes your child makes at school. We need your help. We
are having difficulty getting nice materials to cover these books. We are
looking for sturdy cardboard pieces or white stock board that are at least 8
½ x 11 for covers on books, please send it to the
McKnight Publishing Center.

The 7th Annual McKnight
Madness for Make-A-Wish is set for
Friday,
March 27, 2009. This annual event raises money for the Make-A-Wish
Foundation and is a very fun night for parents, teachers and kids of all
ages!! We are looking for parents and volunteers for this year’s event.
