Once again it was a beautiful autumn day as the annual McKnight  Halloween parade began to the notes of " Somewhere Over the Rainbow" . We think we recognized most of the Wizard of Oz gang BUT ... Who was that Wizard behind the curtain ?? Or behind many of the masks and terrific costumes.  See some pictures below.
