Jan. 7, 2009 Today is a B Day
All students participating in the Duquesne Model U.N. should plan to attend an important meeting on Thursday during homeroom in Room 255.
Attention all students who made a gingerbread house for PPG display: Please stop in GOAL to see Mrs. Will about retrieving your house from PPG and let Mrs. Will know whether or not you will be picking up your house by Thursday.
The Environmental Club is sponsoring the first charity event of the New Year in the form of a clothing drive to help the Vietnam Veterans! Please help by donating new or gently used clothes and shoes that you no longer want or have room for in your closets.
To help families in need, simply drop off items in the main and parking lot entrances into the labeled bins any morning next week on your way into school. The Vietnam Vets appreciate every donation.
There is an NA Varsity Hockey game this Friday, January 9th, starting at 6:00 p.m. at Warrendale Bladerunners. Come cheer on the Tigers as they take on section rivals, Seneca Valley Raiders. Wear your black and gold and show your team spirit! T-shirt toss will take place and spirit beads will also be on sale. Hope to see you there.
