  * Follow the guidelines to qualify for District Retirement.    * Return the Payout Options Form,
     the Early Retire Insurance 
  * Review with Human Resources Department the following:      Assistance Options Form, and
       the Salary Reduction Agreement  Form
  * Review remaining Sick & Personal Day Balances?        for 403(b)  programs
   
  * Review Early Retire Insurance Assistance Options  
   
  * Review current/future TSA (Tax Shelter Annuity )  
     contributions with your financial planner / CPA, and.  
      North Allegheny Payroll Department.
