10.   Continue on VA 784 West and take the ramp toward Potomac Mills.

1.       From I-95, take Exit 160B (Rt. 123 North).

2.       At the exit, turn left onto Rt. 123 North.

3.       Continue on Rt. 123 North (Gordon Blvd. becomes Ox Rd.).  Cross over the Occoquan River and pass the Lorton Prison.

4.       Pass Furnace Rd., then continue on Rt. 123 North for approximately 1.2 miles.

5.       Turn left at the sign for Fountain Head Park onto Hampton Dr.

6.       The road splits–bear left onto Van Thompson Rd. to the park entrance.

4.       Continue on I-470 West for approximately 10 miles to the I-70 West Exit.

5.       At the exit, merge left onto I-70 West.

6.       Continue on I-70 West for approximately 126 miles and take I-270 North (Exit 93) toward Cleveland.

4. Take I-280 North for approximately 12 miles to the I-75 North Exit.

5. Take I-75 North for approximately 54 miles to the I-75 North/I-375 South Exit for Downtown/Flint.

6. Take the I-75 North Exit on the left and go approximately 9 miles toward Flint.

7. Take the I-696 Exit (Exit 61) toward Lansing/Port Huron.

8. Take the I-696 East Exit toward Port Huron.

9. Continue on I-696 East to the Mound Road Exit (Exit 22).

10. At the exit, keep left at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Mound Rd.

11. Continue on Mound Rd. for approximately 6 miles and turn right onto 18 Mile Rd.

12. Continue on 18 Mile Rd. for approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Van Dyke Ave., turn slight left, and turn left onto Van Dyke Ave.

13. Stay straight to go onto MI 53 North. 

14. Continue on MI 53 North for approximately 2 miles and take the MI 59 East Exit toward Mt. Clemens.

15. Continue on MI 59 East and turn right onto Hall Rd., turn left, then turn left again onto Hall Rd.

16. Continue on Hall Rd. and turn right onto Utica Park Place Blvd.

17. Continue on Utica Park Place Blvd. and turn left onto Park Ave.

1.       Take MI 59 East to MI 53 North.

2.       Continue on MI 53 North to 26 Mile Rd. West.

3.       Continue on 26 Mile Rd. West for approximately 1-2 miles.  Stoney Creek entrance is on the left.

1.       Take I-79 North to the Butler/New Castle Exit (Exit 99).

2.       At the exit, turn right onto Rt. 422 East.

3.       Continue on Rt. 422 East for approximately 2 miles to the Moraine State Park Exit.

4.       At the exit, turn left and follow to Moraine State Park, South Shore and Pleasant Valley.

5.       There should be Regatta signs pointing the way.

6.       As you enter the park, continue straight until you see the parked shell trailers.

7.       There will be an NA tent set up on the grass.

2.       Continue on I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) to the Lincoln Drive/Kelly Drive Exit (Exit 32).

4.       At the exit, stay left and follow the signs to Kelly Dr. to the bottom.

5.       Ramp will spiral downward in a counter-clockwise direction.

6.       Move into the right lane of Kelly Dr. and go approximately 1 mile to Canoe Club on the right.
