In an effort to fulfill the purpose of the Unified Boosters Organization of working together to promote school spirit and community pride, we are providing a book of directions to various North Allegheny activities, sporting events and competitions.

The Unified Boosters Organization, under the direction of the North Allegheny Athletic Director, strives to provide the various sports, booster, school and community groups within our district an opportunity for better communication and cooperation with each other.

SCHOOLS A - E

ALBERT GALLATIN HIGH SCHOOL

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South for approximately 50 miles into Uniontown and exit onto Rt. 119 South.

6.       Continue on Rt. 119 South for a short distance and it becomes Rts. 119/40 South (a four-lane highway).

7.       Continue on Rts. 119/40 South for approximately 6 miles, passing the Walnut Hill Exit.

8.       After passing the Walnut Hill Exit, get into the right lane and take the next exit, which is the Fairchance/Smithfield Exit.

9.       At the exit, turn right onto Rt. 119 South.

10.   Continue on Rt. 119 South for approximately 4½ miles and turn right just past the blue high school sign onto York Run Rd.

11.   Make a quick left onto Township Dr.  School is located ½ mile on the left.

ALIQUIPPA HIGH SCHOOL

High School/Middle School

1.       Take I-79 South to the Emsworth/Sewickley Exit (Exit 66).

2.       At the end of the exit ramp, turn left and go slowly through Glenfield.

3.       At the stop sign turn right onto Rt. 65 North (Ohio River Blvd.).

4.       Continue on Rt. 65 North and cross the Aliquippa/Ambridge Bridge.

5.       At the end of the bridge, turn right onto Rt. 51 North (a four-lane highway).

6.       Continue on Rt. 51 North for approximately 2 miles to the Aliquippa Exit.

7.       At the exit, turn left at the stop sign onto Franklin Ave.

8.       Continue on Franklin Ave. through three traffic lights.

9.       Pass that third traffic light and turn left onto Main St. (at the red school sign).

10.   Continue on Main St. to the top of the hill, make a sharp right onto Harding Ave. and you are on the school campus.

ALLDERDICE HIGH SCHOOL

5.       Stay left for the Squirrel Hill route.  You will go under the parkway.

6.       You are on Forward Ave.  When you come to a

5-way intersection, take the second right.  You are still on Forward Ave.

Continue on Forward Ave. for two blocks and turn left onto Shady Ave.  School is located on the right.

Field Hockey

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).

3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Monroeville Exit (Exit 6A) (exit is on the right) to I-376 East (Parkway East).

8.       Pass Tilbury, which is the next intersection.

9.       There is an old school (now a Community Center), located on the right.  Field hockey is played on the fields at this old school.

ALTOONA AREA HIGH SCHOOL

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Monroeville Exit (Exit 6A) (exit is on the right) to I-376 East (Parkway East).

4.       Take I-376 East and bear right onto Rt. 22 East.

5.       Continue on Rt. 22 East to Rt. 220 North toward Altoona.
6.  Merge onto I-99 North.
 

1.       Continue on I-99 North and take the 17^th Street Exit.

2.       Continue on 17^th Street and turn right onto 6^th Ave.  School is located three to four blocks on the right. 

3.       Gymnasium is located on the right in the second block across from an intramural field.

 Note:  Alternate Route to Rt. 22 - Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the Pittsburgh (Monroeville) Exit (Exit 57).

Mansion Park Baseball Field

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).

3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Monroeville Exit (Exit 6A) (exit is on the right) to I-376 East (Parkway East).

4.       Take I-376 East and bear right onto Rt. 22 East.

5.       Continue on Rt. 22 East to Rt. 220 North and follow it to Plank Rd.

6.       When you exit, there will be a cloverleaf.

7.       Follow it to the traffic light and turn left.

8.       Follow this road until you come to Logan Blvd.

9.       Turn left onto Logan Blvd. and continue eight to nine blocks.

10.   You will first pass a Little League field, then a baseball field, then Mansion Park is located on the right.

Note:   Alternate Route to Rt. 22 - Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the Pittsburgh (Monroeville) Exit (Exit 57).

Veterans Memorial Park

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).

3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Monroeville Exit (Exit 6A) (exit is on the right) to I-376 East (Parkway East).

4.       Take I-376 East and bear right onto Rt. 22 East.

5.       Continue on Rt. 22 East until it intersects with Rt. 764.

6.       Continue on Rt. 764 toward Altoona.

7.       Rt. 764 eventually becomes 6^th Ave.

8.       Continue on 6^th  Ave. and turn left at the traffic light onto 24^th St.

9.       Continue on 24^th St. for four blocks.   Field is located on the right.

Note:  Alternate Route to Rt. 22 - Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the Pittsburgh (Monroeville) Exit (Exit 57).

AMBRIDGE AREA HIGH SCHOOL

Senior High School/Purkey Field

1.       Take I-79 South to the Heidelberg/Kirwan Heights Exit (Exit 55) (Rt. 50).

2.       Get into the right lane and turn right onto Rt. 50 West.

3.       Immediately turn left at the traffic light onto Vanadium Rd.

4.       Continue on Vanadium Rd. for approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Bower Hill Rd.

5.       Go to the second traffic light at the bottom of the hill and turn left onto Painters Run Rd.

6.       Continue on Painters Run Rd. for approximately 2 miles and turn right at the traffic light onto Rt. 19 South. 

7.       Continue on Rt. 19 South and turn left at the traffic light onto Fort Couch Rd.

8.       Continue on Fort Couch Rd. and turn left onto Bethel Church Rd.

9.       At the top of the hill, turn right at the traffic light onto Church Rd.

10.   The second driveway by the ice rink takes you to the school complex.  Purkey Field is located past the high school on the left below the tennis courts.

Alternate Route

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South to the traffic light at the intersection of Rts. 51 and 88.

6.       At the intersection, bear right onto Rt. 88 South.

1.       Continue on Rt. 88 South and turn right onto Bethel Church Rd.

2.       At the third traffic light, turn left at the School Administration Building.

3.       The second driveway on the left takes you to the school.

Independence Middle School

1.       Take I-79 South to the Heidelberg/Kirwan Heights Exit (Exit 55) (Rt. 50).

2.       Get into the right lane and turn right onto Rt. 50 West.

3.       Immediately turn left at the traffic light onto Vanadium Rd.

4.       Continue on Vanadium Rd. for approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Bower Hill Rd.

5.       Go to the second traffic light at the bottom of the hill and turn left onto Painters Run Rd.

6.       Continue on Painters Run Rd. for approximately 2 miles and turn right at the traffic light onto Rt. 19 South. 

7.       Continue on Rt. 19 South and turn left at the traffic light onto Fort Couch Rd.

8.       Continue on Fort Couch Rd. and turn left onto Bethel Church Rd.  The sign for the school is off Bethel Church Rd. near the Administration Building.

Note:  See alternate route for the high school.

Neil Armstrong Middle School

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South to the intersection of Rts. 51 and 88.

6.       At the intersection, bear right onto Rt. 88 South.

7.       Continue on Rt. 88 South to the intersection at the entrance to South Park.

8.       At the traffic light at this intersection, go straight for a short distance (Corrigan Dr.) and continue on Rt. 88 South which goes to the right.

9.       Continue on Rt. 88 South past the First Bethel Methodist Church on the left and turn left onto Berryman Rd.

10.   Continue on Berryman Rd. and turn left onto Murray Ave.  School is located straight ahead.

BETHLEHEM-CENTER SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Senior High School

1.       Take I-79 South to the point where it combines with I-70 East.

2.       Continue on I-70 East to Exit 37 (California toll road exit) (Rt. 43).

3.       Continue on Rt. 43 for approximately 10 miles to Fredericktown.

4.       Turn right at the blinker light.
5.    Go 3 miles up the hill and bear right at the Y intersection.  School is located 1 mile on the left.

Football/Baseball Fields

1.       Take I-79 South to the point where it combines with I-70 East.

2.       Continue on I-70 East to Exit 37 (California toll road exit) (Rt. 43).

3.       Continue on Rt. 43 for approximately 10 miles to Fredericktown.

4.       Go straight through at the blinker light.

5.       Go approximately ½ mile, then turn right and go under the railroad trestle.

6.       Follow for three blocks and turn right onto Sokols Hill Rd.

7.       Continue on Sokols Hill Rd. for two blocks and turn left.  Stadium is located straight ahead.

BLACKHAWK HIGH SCHOOL

1.       Take I-76 West (PA Turnpike) to the Beaver Valley Exit (Exit 13) (Rt. 18).

2.       Take Rt. 18 South and turn right at the first traffic light onto Wallace Rd.

3.       Continue on Wallace Rd. and turn left onto Shenango Rd.

4.       Continue on Shenango Rd. to the second traffic light.

5.       Cross the four-lane highway.

6.       At the first stop sign, turn right onto Darlington Rd.

7.       Continue on Darlington Rd. and turn left onto Blackhawk Rd.

8.       Continue on Blackhawk Rd. for approximately 1 mile and turn right onto McClain Rd.   School complex is located on the left.

Northwestern Primary School/Northwestern Stadium

1.       Take I-76 West (PA Turnpike) to the New Castle Exit (Exit 10) (Rt. 60).

2.       Take Rt. 60 South toward Pittsburgh to the Chippewa Exit (Exit 29) (Rt. 51).

3.       Turn right at the traffic light onto Rt. 51 North.

4.       Continue on Rt. 51 North for approximately 5 miles and turn right onto Rt. 168.

5.       At the bottom of the hill, turn left.

6.       At the stop sign, turn right.  School is located ½ mile on the right.  Northwestern Stadium is located directly in front of the school.

Highland Middle School

1.    Take I-76 West (PA Turnpike) to the New Castle Exit (Exit 10) (Rt. 60).

2.    Take Rt. 60 South toward Pittsburgh to the Chippewa Exit (Exit 29) (Rt. 51).

3.    Turn left at the traffic light onto Rt. 51 South.

4.    Continue on Rt. 51 South and turn left at the third traffic light.Turn left at the 4-way stop sign, onto Shenango Rd.

5.    Continue on Shenango Rd. for approximately 1 mile.  School is located on the left.

Blackhawk Intermediate School

1.    Take I-76 West (PA Turnpike) to the New Castle Exit (Exit 10) (Rt. 60).

2.    Take Rt. 60 South toward Pittsburgh to the Chippewa Exit (Exit 29) (Rt. 51).

3.    Turn left at the traffic light onto Rt. 51 South.

4.    Continue on Rt. 51 South and turn left at the third traffic light.

5.    Turn left at the 4-way stop sign, onto Shenango Rd.  Continue on Shenango Rd. for approximately 100 yards and make the second right.  School is located on the left.

BOARDMAN HIGH SCHOOL

1.       Take I-76 West (PA Turnpike) into Ohio.

5.       Cross the railroad tracks.

6.       Go ¼ mile.  Field is located on the left.

4.       Continue on Crane Ave., go up the hill, through the traffic light and down the hill.  School is located on the left.

BURGETTSTOWN AREA HIGH SCHOOL

1.       Take I-79 South to the Airport (SB) Exit (Exit 60B) (Rt. 60).

2.       Merge onto Rt. 60 North/Steubenville Pike.

3.       Stay straight to go onto Steubenville Pike.  This becomes Rts. 22/30 West.

4.       Continue on Rts. 22/30 West toward Weirton.   When Rts. 22/30 West split, continue on Rt. 22 West to the Burgettstown/Post-Gazette Pavilion/Star Lake Exit.

5.       At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rt. 18 North.

6.       Continue on Rt. 18 North for approximately 5 miles and turn left at the first traffic light onto Bavington Rd.  School is located ½ mile on the right.

BURRELL SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

1.       Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the Allegheny Valley Exit (Exit 48) (Rt. 28).

2.       Take Rt. 28 South toward Pittsburgh for approximately 2 miles to Oakmont.

3.       Cross the Hulton Bridge to Oakmont.  You are on Hulton Rd.

4.       Continue straight, go across the railroad tracks, then up the hill past the Oakmont Country Club to Cox Comb Hill (a continuation of Hulton Rd.) to New Kensington.

5.       Get on the bypass and go approximately 4 miles into Lower Burrell.

6.       Turn right at the second traffic light onto Puckety Church Rd.   School is located ¼ mile on the left.
 

BUTLER AREA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Senior High School/Intermediate High School

1.       Take I-79 North to the Evans City Exit (Exit 83) (Rt. 528).

2.       Turn right onto Rt. 528 North.

3.       Continue on Rt. 528 North for approximately 2½ miles and turn right at the stop sign onto Rt. 68 East.
4.   Continue on Rt. 68 East through Evans City and turn right onto Rt. 356.  School is located approximately 1 mile on the right.  

Pullman Park Baseball Field

1.       Take Rt. 8 North to the Lyndora Exit.

2.       Bear left and cross the bridge. At the Mellon Bank building, turn right.  Field is located ½ mile ahead on the right.

Junior High School
 

1.       Take Rt. 8 North to Butler.

2.       Cross the bridge into Butler.

3.       After several traffic lights, turn right onto E. North St.  School is located on the right.

Center Township Elementary School

1.       Take Rt. 8 North through the town of Butler.

2.       Continue on Rt. 8 North past Clearview Mall.  

3.       Turn left onto Mercer Rd.  School is located ¼ mile on the left at the blinker light.

Butler Community Field

1.       Take Rt. 8 North to Rt. 308 North (approximately 1½ miles past the intersection with Rt. 422).   Stay in the right lane.

2.       Bear right on Rt. 308 North, go .2 mile and turn right onto Hendricks Rd.  This road goes behind the Clearview Mall.

3.       Continue on Hendricks Rd. for 1 mile and turn left onto Palmer Rd.  Field is located .2 mile on the right.

Downtown Athletic Field

1.  Rt. 8 North into Main Strett of Butler.
2.  Make a right onto Cunningham Street.
3.  Go through one traffic llight (crossing over McKean Street).
4.  Go through stop sign (crossing over Cliff Street).
5.  The field is behind Horewitz'.

6.  Parking is across from Horewitz' in th parking lot below Elliott's Tire Service (There is no parking at Horewitz' this year.)

CALIFORNIA UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA
Third Street

1.       Take I-79 South to I-70 East (Exit 34) toward New Stanton.

2.       Take I-70 East to Exit 37A (Rt. 43) for California University of Pennsylvania.

3.       Take Rt. 43 South to the California University of Pennsylvania Exit (Rt. 88).

4.       Take Rt. 88 North to the town of California.

5.       Turn right at the first traffic light and follow into the California University campus.  Gymnasium is located on the right.

CANEVIN CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL

6.       Follow Noblestown Rd. for approximately 300 yards, then turn left at the sign for the school.

Stadium

1.       Take I-79 South to the Houston/Eighty Four Exit (Exit 43).

2.       Turn left off the exit ramp.

3.       Turn right onto Boone Ave. (if you cross the railroad tracks, you have gone too far).

4.       Continue on Boone Ave. up the hill. 

5.       Turn right at the first road past the high school.

6.       Go down the hill and turn left at the  second stop sign onto Jefferson Avenue.

7.       Continue on Jefferson Ave. for approximately ¼ mile over a bridge.  Stadium is located on the left.

CARRICK HIGH SCHOOL

CATHEDRAL PREP SCHOOL

2.       Turn right at the exit and follow 12^th St. East 3 miles to Peach St.

4.       Continue on Peach St. heading  north and turn left onto 10^th  St.

5.       Continue on 10^th St heading west for two blocks.  School is located on the right.

Gannon Hammermill Center

1.       Take I-79 North to the 12^th St. East Exit (Rt. 5 East) (Exit 183A).

2.       Turn right at the exit and follow 12^th St. East 3 miles to Peach St.

3.       Turn left onto Peach St.  Center is located at 6^th and Peach Sts.  (Parking ramp is located at 8^th and Peach Sts.)

Jerry Uht Park

1.       Take I-79 North to the 12^th St. East Exit (Rt. 5 East) (Exit 183A).

2.       Turn right at the exit and follow 12^th St. East to State St.

3.       Turn left onto State St.

4.       Continue on State St. for four blocks and turn right onto  8^th St.

5.       Go one block to French St.  Park is located on French St. between 8^th and 9^th Sts.  (Parking is available in the ramp on French St. between 8^th and 9^th Sts. and in the parking ramp on French St. at 10^th St.)

Veterans Stadium

1.       Take I-79 North to the 26^th St. Exit (Exit 182).

2.       Take 26^th St. East to State St. to Peach St.   Stadium is located one block past Peach St.

Ainsworth Field

1.       Take I-79 North to the 26^th St. Exit (Exit 182).

2.       Take 26^th St. East to State St.

3.       Continue on State St. and turn left onto Brown St.  Field is located approximately two blocks on the left.

High School

1.       Take Rt. 19 North into Cranberry and turn left at the traffic light onto Freedom Rd.

2.       Continue on Freedom Rd. down a steep hill.

3.       At the end of the hill, turn right and travel through Freedom.

4.       After going through Freedom, turn left and go over the East Rochester – Monaca Bridge.

5.       At the end of the bridge, turn right onto the main street of Monaca.

6.       Continue on the main street through Monaca to the end of town.

7.       Bear left onto Brodhead Rd. and go under a railroad overpass.

8.       Follow this road past the Beaver Valley Mall.

9.       Continue on Brodhead Rd. for approximately 1½ miles (you will see signs for Center High School) and turn left onto Baker Rd. Extension.   School is located straight ahead.

Fred Taddeo Memorial Park (Center Grange Road Softball Field)

1.       Take I-76 West (PA Turnpike) to the PA-66 Toll Road Exit.

2.       Bear right off the ramp, merging onto Rt. 60 South (toll road).
3.   Take the Rt. 18 exit, keeping left at the fork in the ramp.

1.       After merging onto Rt. 18, turn right at the second traffic light onto Brodhead Rd.

2.       Continue on Broadhead Rd. and turn left onto Center Grange Rd.   Softball field is located approximately ½ mile on the right.

Note:  Both Rt. 19 and the PA Turnpike will get you to Brodhead Rd. which will take you to the high school or Fred Taddeo Memorial Park.

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).
2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).
3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies (past the Monroeville Exit) to the Oakland Exit and merge onto Forbes Ave.
4.       Continue on Forbes Ave. to the Carnegie Museum of Natural History and turn left at the traffic light onto South Craig St.
5.       Continue on South Craig St. and turn right onto Winthrop St.  School is located straight ahead.  Alumni Hall (the Gym) is located behind the school where parking is available.

McKee Field

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).
2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).
3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Monroeville Exit (Exit 6A) (exit is on the right) to I-376 East (Parkway East).
4.       Take I-376 East to the Squirrel Hill/Homestead Exit (Exit 5).
5.       Follow the sign for Greenfield onto Beechwood Blvd. and continue for approximately ½ mile to a church on the left.  Field is located behind the church. 

William McKinley Field

1.       Take I-279 South to the East Street Exit (Exit 8B).
2.       At the end of the exit ramp, go straight through the stop sign, then get into the left lane and turn left at the third traffic light onto East Ohio St.
3.       Continue on East Ohio St. to Rt. 28 North.
4.       Take Rt. 28 North to the Highland Park Bridge.
5.       Cross the Highland Park Bridge and take the ramp on the right to Allegheny River Blvd.
6.       Continue on Allegheny River Blvd. and turn right onto Center Ave.
7.       Go to the top of the hill to 7^th Ave.  Field is located on 7^th Ave. behind the William McKinley Center.

Note:  You can also take Rt. 8 South to access Rt. 28 North.

 Morningside Field

1.       Take I-279 South to the East Street Exit (Exit 8B).
2.       At the end of the exit ramp, go straight through the stop sign, then get into the left lane and turn left at the third traffic light onto East Ohio St.
3.       Continue on East Ohio St. to Rt. 28 North.
4.       Take Rt. 28 North to the Highland Park Bridge.
5.       Cross the Highland Park Bridge and take the ramp on the left to Butler St.
6.       Turn right onto Butler St.
1.       Continue on Butler St. and turn left onto Baker St.
2.       Turn left at the first stop sign onto Greenwood.
3.       Continue on Greenwood for two blocks.  Field is located on the right.

Note:  You can also take Rt. 8 South to access Rt. 28 North.

Central Invitational (Schenley Oval)/Soccer

1. Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2. Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville     Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).

3. Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies (past the Monroeville Exit) to the Oakland Exit and merge onto Forbes Ave.        

4. Continue on Forbes Ave. and turn right at the first traffic light onto Craft Ave.

5. Continue on Craft Ave. and turn left onto the Boulevard of the Allies.

6. Continue on Boulevard of the Allies across the bridge into Schenley Park and turn right onto Greenfield Ave. and make an immediate right onto Overlook Dr.

7. Continue on Overlook Dr. and Schenley Oval is located on the left.

West Field (Munhall)

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).
2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the right lane to the Oakland/Monroeville Exit (Boulevard of the Allies).
3.       Continue on the Boulevard of the Allies to the Monroeville Exit (Exit 6A) (exit is on the right) to I-376 East (Parkway East).
4.       Take I-379 East to the Squirrel Hill/Homestead Exit (Exit 5).
5.       Follow the signs to Homestead and cross the Homestead High Level Bridge.
6.       At the end of the bridge, go straight to the top of the hill.  Field is located on the right, behind the Municipal Fire Station.

4.       Continue on Pike St. for approximately .7 mile and, just before the Chartiers Houston High School, turn left onto McGovern Rd.

5.       Continue on McGovern Rd. for approximately five or six blocks.  Allison Elementary School is on the left.

6.       Turn into the second driveway, the circular drive.  Softball field is located at this site.

Woodville Soccer Field

1.       Take I-79 South to the Heidelberg/Kirwan Heights Exit (Exit 55) (Rt. 50).

2.       Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 50 North.

3.       Continue on Rt. 50 North and turn left at the first traffic light onto Thoms Run Rd.

4.       Continue on Thoms Run Rd. for a short distance past the high school.  Field is located on the right between the Old Woodville State Hospital and  the Chartiers Valley bus garage.

Thoms Run Football Field

1.       Take I-79 South to the Heidelberg/Kirwan Heights Exit (Exit 55) (Rt. 50).

2.       Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 50 North.

3.       Continue on Rt. 50 North and turn left at the first traffic light onto Thoms Run Rd.

4.       Continue on Thoms Run Rd. past the high school and the Chartiers Valley bus garage.
5.   Watch for the sign on the right for Chartiers Valley Primary School.  Field is located in front of the primary school.

1.       Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the New Stanton Exit (Exit 75) (Rt. 119).

2.       Take Rt. 119 South for approximately 9 miles.  Get into the left lane and turn left onto Crawford Ave. 

3.       Turn right at the stop sign.  (Geibel Catholic High School is located on the left.)

4.       Make a sharp left at the Y intersection onto Breakneck Rd.

5.       Continue on Breakneck Rd. and turn right onto Falcon Dr. and follow to the high school.

Connellsville Stadium

1.       Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the New Stanton Exit (Exit 75) (Rt. 119).

2.       Take Rt. 119 South to the fifth traffic light and turn left onto Pittsburgh St.

3.       After the third traffic light, continue for approximately five blocks and turn right onto Green St.

4.       Continue on Green St. for two blocks and turn left onto Arch St.  Stadium is located approximately five blocks on the left.

6.       Continue on Rt. 51 South for approximately 2 miles, passing through six traffic lights.

7.       Just past the sixth traffic light, turn right onto Chestnut St.

8.       Continue on Chestnut St. for one block and turn left at the stop sign.

9.       Go for .1 mile and turn right onto Maple St.

10.   Continue on Maple St. for .7 mile.  Watch for the sign on the left (Cornell Education Center).
11.   Turn left at the Cornell Education Center sign.  School is located at the top of the hill.

Good Hope Middle School

1.       Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the Carlisle Exit (Exit 226) (Rt. 11).

2.       At the exit, turn right onto Rt. 11 North.

3.       Continue on Rt. 11 North and turn left at the traffic light onto Skyport Rd.

4.       Continue on Skyport Rd. for approximately ½ mile.  School is the second school on the left.

Eagle View Middle School

1.       Take I-76 East (PA Turnpike) to the Carlisle Exit (Exit 226) (Rt. 11).

2.       At the exit, turn right onto Rt. 11 North.

3.       Continue on Rt. 11 North for approximately 5 miles and turn left at the traffic light into the main entrance of the Cumberland Valley Complex.

4.       Bear right at the Y-intersection and follow the road to the middle school on the hill.

6.       Make the next quick right onto East Union Rd.  Middle school is located on the left.

7.       To reach the high school, pass the middle school, then the Elementary Center.  The road will bend to the left and then to the right.  High school is located on the left at the second bend.

Wylie Field (JV Baseball)

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South for approximately 20-22 miles.

6.       Cross the Elizabeth Bridge and take the Elizabeth exit. 

7.       After coming off the ramp, go straight to the first traffic light and turn right. 

8.       Go straight through the first traffic light (Church St.).
9.   One block up, turn left onto Chicago Ave.  Field is located on the right.

Middle School
 

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South for approximately 20-22 miles.

6.       Cross the Elizabeth Bridge and get into the right lane.

7.       Turn right into the town of Elizabeth.

8.       Turn right at the traffic light onto Glassport-Elizabeth Rd.

9.       Continue on Glassport-Elizabeth Rd. and turn right onto Lovedale Rd.

10.   Continue on Lovedale Rd. and turn right at the stop sign onto Rt. 48 South.

11.   Continue on Rt. 48 South and turn left onto Rock Run Rd.  School is located on the left.

Oakhill Softball Field

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South for approximately 20-22 miles.

6.       Cross the Elizabeth Bridge and get into the right lane.

7.       Turn right into the town of Elizabeth.

8.       Turn right at the traffic light onto Glassport-Elizabeth Rd.

9.       Go through the next traffic light at Church Rd. and turn right onto Chicago Ave.

10.   Continue on Chicago Ave. and turn right onto Oxford Ave.

11.   Continue on Oxford Ave. and turn right onto Similo Ave.

12.   Continue on Similo Ave. and turn right at the stop sign onto Elmview.

13.   At the next stop sign, turn left onto Rothey Ave. and follow it to a dead end.  A dirt road from the dead-end street goes up into the woods to the fields.

Elizabeth Forward Municipal Field  

1.       Take I-279 South to I-579 South (Veterans Bridge) (Exit 8A).

2.       Take the Monroeville/Liberty Bridge Exit.  Stay in the left lane to the Liberty Bridge Exit.

3.       Get into the right lane and go through the Liberty Tunnels.

4.       As you exit the tunnels, turn right onto Rt. 51 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 51 South for approximately 20-22 miles.
6.   Cross the Elizabeth Bridge and get into the right lane.

1.       Turn right into the town of Elizabeth.

2.       Turn right at the traffic light onto Glassport-Elizabeth Rd.

3.       Continue on Glassport-Elizabeth Rd. and turn right onto Lovedale Rd.

4.       Continue on Lovedale Rd. and turn right at the stop sign onto Rt. 48 South.

5.       Continue on Rt. 48 South and turn left onto Rock Run Rd.

6.       Continue on Rock Run Rd., passing the middle school on the left.  Continue to the Municipal Bldg. on the right.

7.       At the second entrance, turn right.  Go between the garages.  Field is located in back of the Municipal Bldg.

THE ELLIS HIGH SCHOOL

8.       Cross Penn Ave. (Mellon Park will be on your right).  School driveway is located just past the tennis courts on the right.
