We have attached the tournament brackets for the following grade levels:
Boys 7th Grade (2 separate individual tournaments)
Boys 8th Grade (2 separate individual tournaments)
Boys 9th Grade (2 separate individual tournaments)
Girls 9th Grade (1 individual tournament
The boys’ 7th and 8th grade tournaments will be played at the North Allegheny Intermediate gymnasium located at 350 Cumberland Road - Pittsburgh, PA 15237. The freshman boys’ tournaments will be played at the North Allegheny Intermediate School at 350 Cumberland Road – Pittsburgh 15237. The freshman girls’ tournament will be played at the North Allegheny Senior High School gymnasium located at 10375 Perry Highway – Wexford, PA 15090. Listed below is pertinent information with regard to these tournaments:
Team Uniforms – Visiting teams will wear dark uniforms. Home teams will wear white or light-colored uniforms. It is recommended that each team bring both sets.
Basketballs – All teams must bring their own warm-up basketballs.
Start Times – Game times are indicated on the attached sheets. Please make sure you are ready to start at your designated time.
Ticket Prices – Adult tickets will be $3.00. Student tickets are $1.00.
Concession Stand – A concession stand will be available throughout the tournament.
Locker Rooms – Locker rooms will be available upon request. NA will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please have your players bring their own locks.
Tournament Fees –The cost is $150 per team/per tournament. We have attached an invoice for your convenience.
Awards – We will provide a first and second place team trophy for each tournament. Trainers – Our four (4) certified athletic trainers from UPMC will be available throughout the tournaments.
Emergency phone numbers – Please complete the attached emergency form and return it to our office via e-mail at pmcclure@northallegheny.org or by fax at 724-934-7296. This information is helpful if we need to reach you with regard to changes/cancellations due to inclement weather.
Spectator Seating – We will be using two courts at one time at the High School. Spectators for the game playing on the auxiliary court should sit at the top of the bleachers to view the contest. We will not permit people to sit courtside. Please alert your spectators of this arrangement so they are not surprised when they arrive. If they do not like this arrangement, please encourage them not to attend this tournament. We will accommodate individuals in wheelchairs.
