Additional Make-Up Dates (All Sports) - A $25.00 CHARGE PER STUDENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THESE TWO DAYS.

- Monday, November 23rd - 3:00 and 4:00 pm

- Tuesday, November 24th - 3:00 and 4:00 pm

All testing begins promptly at the listed times. Anyone arriving after the start of the test will need to attend the make-up date. Attending another sports’ session will first need to be approved by the Athletic Office.

All students currently in 7^th, 9^th and 11^th grade must take the concussion test this year. Any student in 8^th, 10^th and 12^th grade are not required to take the concussion test this year unless they did not take the test last year.

Testing is done on the 2^nd floor of the Senior High School in the Computer Lab (Room 240)
