• All players must be registered with USA Hockey prior to tryouts. Current players registered with USA hockey are covered through 8/31. New players will need to register on line at www.usahockey.com, pay $35 fee, print confirmation page and include with tryout registration form. Proof of registration must be attached before a new player can participate in the tryouts.

• New players are required to send a copy of their Birth Certificate with registration.

• A physical will be required after June 1^st in order to participate in the 08-09 season. Physical evaluation can be performed through your family MD or through school doctor during the summer. School date to be announced later.

• Tryout jerseys will be provided to all players and returned after tryouts.

• A non refundable tryout fee, made payable to NA Hockey of $75.00, is required with registration. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed to anyone registering after May 1^st.
