Band Recruitment for 2008-2009

Evening Orientation May 27, 2008 - 7:00 PM
at the North Allegheny Senior School Auditorium

Try-Out's begin May 28
and continue across the district
through June 4

Mr. Novak conducts a "Try-Out" while Mom looks on.

Check for your school's date

All students Grades 3-4 are eligible
to Try-Out for a Band Instrument.

30 min. group lessons are offered once each week
as a pull-out from the regular classroom.
Currently, no students are pulled out from
Specials, Math, or Communication Arts for Band.

The entire band meets once each week
for ensemble playing and concert preparation.
This band meets for 45 min. and is a regular
scheduled class at the same time each week.
It is not considered a pull-out.

NA Marching Band

Children whose pictures appear on this site are students of North Allegheny School District. Under the Family Right to Privacy Act, the District is allowed to take photographs of the students and their work, and to use them in publications, including but not limited to newspapers, newsletters, marketing materials, and the Web site. If you do NOT wish photographs of your child to be used in District publications or on the NA website, please notify the Office of School and Community Information in writing. Allow 30 days for processing. Thank you.
