To use Access PA at home if you have a Northland Public Library Card:

1.  Go to Northland Library's web page www.einetwork.net/ein/northland/index.html
2.  Click on "Online Reference Desk."
3.  Now click on "Online Reference Center."
4.  Under "Databases: Remote Access," click on "Access PA Power Library."
5.  Now type in your Northland Library barcode.

To use Access PA at home if you have a Carnegie Library Card:

1.  Go to the Carnegie Library web page www.clpgh.org.
2.  Click on the EINetwork at the bottom of the page.
3.  Click on "Find Information in the Online Reference Databases."
4.  Under "Databases: Remote Access," click on "Access PA Power Library."
5.  Now type in your Carnegie Library barcode.
